Burr and Granule
PP and PE burrs and granules... Pressed plastics as scrap are separated according to their types. First, it is crushed with a crushing machine into a burr of maximum 50 mm. Then, by washing with clean and purified water in pools and using the flotation method, metal, glass, paper, etc. separated from foreign substances. The broken burrs are removed from water and turned into semi-finished products. The burrs are then melted through the extruder and sieved. In this way, the material is completely free of foreign substances. The melted plastic is cut into small pieces and cooled, and the raw material is prepared.

Water and Electrical Pipes
PE and PP, coil and rod pipes... Pipes of various thicknesses and widths are used for drinking water transfer or electrical cable protection. Plastic raw materials are melted in the extruder and turned into pipes. Pipes are packaged in 100-meter coils or 3-meter rods and prepared for use.
